Olive wood is hardwearing with a beautiful unique grain that makes it perfect for kitchen utensils and tableware. It has a high oil content which prevents it taking on colour or smells from food. It is a natural and sustainable material. Harvested from fallen limbs and trees that are no longer producing olives for oil. This useful spoon has holes for draining olives, sun dried tomatoes and pickles. Made in germany. Pictured with one of our japanese dishes sold separately.
